Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing to our office and, regardless of the booking date, are subject to the following cancellation fees per person, depending on when the cancellation is made, regardless of whether the corresponding amounts have already been paid by the customers or not:

Daily excursions

For cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure, no charge will be applied.

From 12 to 23 hours before departure, the charge is 50% of the total tour price.

From 0 to 11 hours before departure, the charge is 100% of the total tour price.

Private Tours

For cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure, no charge will be applied.

From 12 to 23 hours before departure, the charge is 50% of the total tour price.

From 0 to 11 hours before departure, the charge is 100% of the total tour price.

Transfer Services

For cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure, no transfer fee will be charged.

From 12 to 23 hours before departure, the charge is 50% of the total transfer price.

From 0 to 11 hours before departure, the charge is 100% of the total transfer price.

Car Rental

For cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure, no rental fee will be charged.

From 12 to 23 hours before departure, the charge is 50% of the total rental price.

From 0 to 11 hours before departure, the charge is 100% of the total rental price.

All of the above cancellation fees apply even if the customer cancels a service and wishes to sign up for the exact same service at a later date.

REFUNDS

In the event of cancellation, you may choose to book other services or receive a refund. The value of the services or the amount refunded will be equal to the value of the services minus the administrative fees as described above.

Refunds are always made via bank transfer to the bank account you provide.
